Wozniak, Efforce democratize energy efficiency: CNBC

Efforce, a small but internationally connected company in Malta, had a new business idea to help commercial building developers to retrofitting for energy savings. The model involved connecting building operators with retrofitters and financing the work through digital tokens. Buyers would obtain an ROI based on the energy savings. The project had a major backer, Steve Wozniak, Apple co-founder, who lent his name to the token. We launched the company, securing more than 200 pieces of coverage including major business outlets like CNBC.
