Forever Energy fights DOE: NPR

In an unusual situation, our client Forever Energy hired the agency to publicize how a US government lab had allowed a new $40M battery technology to be produced in China, in direct contravention of the Department of Energy's own licensing contract. The client was seeking a license for the technology and had researched the situation. We took the story, which included court transcripts, to multiple outlets including the investigative staff at NPR, who broke a major story on the incident that led to immediate changes in DOE policy.
